Wandering around outside the building and was picked up by animal control. He seems well fed and trained. His tail is typically up No mange or anything else that would indicate neglect or abuse. No chip or anything else. We put out the notices looking for his owner, but no luck. He's not aggressive with other dogs, He barks to say hi, and then just looks at you with that doggy grin. He had to be someones dog, but we aren't having any luck finding his owner. If he's not claimed soon we will have to have him nuetered and then put up for adoption.
